Which one should I order?
A Landing page is one clean page with everything a customer looks for. A Small site adds up to 5 pages. A Full site gives each dish, service or product its own page. Search setup is for a site you already like that more people nearby should find. After that, Monthly care keeps the site running and your hours right, and Monthly search adds ongoing search work and a call each month.
I already have a Google listing and Yelp. Why do I need a website?
Your Google listing has a website button, and people tap it to check prices, photos and how to order before they come in. Without a site it goes nowhere, or to a Yelp or Facebook page that shows other businesses next to yours. AI assistants also read websites when someone asks them where to go nearby. Do you only work with restaurants?
Most of our work is for restaurants. We also build for shops, salons, repair shops and other businesses whose customers mostly live or work nearby.
What is the free sample?
Tell us about your business and we send you a sample of your new homepage, built from your real details and photos. There is no charge and no obligation.
When does work start?
Once we have everything from you: access invites, your logo, menu or price list, photos and any text. You send it all through your private client portal, and then we schedule your build. We don’t promise set turnaround times.
Do I have to change my booking or ordering system?
No. Bookings and orders stay where they happen now, and your site links to them.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a spot on Google. We set things up the way Google asks and show you your real numbers from Google Search Console.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes, your site goes on your own domain. If you don’t have one yet, you can buy one from any domain registrar first.
What access do you need?
For a site, a few DNS records on your domain. We send you the exact records to add, or you add us as a user where you bought the domain. For search work, also manager access to your Google Business Profile and a user on Google Search Console. Each of these is an invite you send from your own account, so we never need your passwords.
Will anything go public without my OK?
No. Your site, profile edits and blog posts all wait for your approval.
What does hosting cost?
Every one-time order includes 12 months of hosting from the day your site goes live. After that, hosting is $19 a month on the card you paid with, or included with a monthly plan. You can cancel any time in your portal and download your site.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, any time, with no fee. The monthly charge stops.
